When you work with us, you receive a non-transferable usage license designed to maximize your property’s exposure.
Here’s what you can do with your license:
This license is granted exclusively to you as our original client. You may not transfer, share, sell, or distribute the media to others without our written permission and a new license agreement. If the property changes ownership, management, or representation, a new license is required.
Drone photos capture the surrounding community and features in addition to your property.
Because we retain these wide-angle community images in our library for future use, we can offer drone services at a more affordable rate.
If you require exclusive rights to aerial footage of your property, please let us know so we can update your contract accordingly.
If you are planning a major campaign and want visuals unique to your brand, we offer Exclusive Licenses and Full Buyouts. Availability and terms are subject to agreement to ensure your media remains distinctive.
