This summer, early mornings at Hampton Beach were all about sunrise stretches, ocean air, and community connection. “Yoga on the Beach” (hosted by the Hampton Beach Village District) and “Yoga on the Deck” (held at the Ashworth by the Sea Hotel) offered free and accessible classes for locals, vacationers, and yoga lovers alike. Whether flowing through poses with sand between your toes near the Seashell Stage or practicing on the newly renovated deck overlooking the Atlantic, both classes delivered a peaceful and energizing start to the day.
